This model has caught the attention of top-tier local vendors — and they’re offering aggressive pricing to secure service routes in concentrated areas like yours.
As demand increases, vendors are locking in pricing based on geographic clusters — and some neighborhoods are already filling up.
If you want a spot at the group rate in your area, now’s the time to raise your hand.
On services like lawn care and pest control
We only work with vetted, high-quality providers
Group rates are pre-negotiated, and you choose the services that fit your home
Neighborhood Network earns a coordination fee for managing home services on your behalf.
Negotiating group pricing with trusted local vendors
Scheduling and coordinating recurring services
Bundling multiple services into one predictable monthly bill
Overseeing vendor communication, performance, and accountability
Our fee is built into the price you see. There are no hidden charges or surprise add-ons. In return, homeowners save time, reduce hassle, and gain consistent pricing without managing multiple vendors on their own.

Hi! I'm Chad! I live here in Parkland with my family. As the owner and self-manager of 30 real estate units, I have extensive experience coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and streamlining service across multiple properties.
Every neighbor I spoke to had the same complaints: rising costs, inconsistent service, and no real accountability.
Neighborhood Network is my attempt to fix that by bringing neighbors together to negotiate better pricing and higher service standards, without creating an HOA or forcing anyone to switch providers.
I don’t get paid unless the group benefits. There are no contracts, no upfront costs, and no obligation. If the pricing doesn’t make sense for you, you don’t move forward.
This is being built neighborhood by neighborhood, starting right here.
After you submit your request:
• We notify qualified local vendors in your area
• Vendors prepare group pricing based on the number of participating homes
• You receive a consolidated quote once pricing is finalized
• You sign an agreement.
• You inform if we are starting on the first of the next month or the following month
For our initial launch, quotes may take up to two weeks due to the volume of homes being onboarded at once. After launch, quotes typically take about one week.
There’s no obligation to move forward once you receive pricing.
Yes. If you need a service that isn’t part of the Neighborhood Network, you’re welcome to coordinate directly with the vendor. For example, if you want a custom landscape design or specialty work outside the standard offering, you can contact the vendor directly to discuss and arrange that service.
We schedule roof washing and power washing during April–May and November–December to maximize quality, reliability, and savings. These periods fall before and after hurricane season, which reduces rain-related delays and improves the effectiveness of the cleaning products. By batching homes into these general timeframes, we’re also able to secure better pricing while increasing the likelihood that services are completed on schedule.
All vendors have baseline pricing, and any discounts are driven purely by group size. The more homes, the better the rate
The homeowner will contact the vendors directly and text or email the service.
We are launching with a limited group of 100 homes in Parkland, beginning March 1, 2026.
Starting small allows us to:
• Maintain service quality
• Fine-tune operations
• Ensure vendors meet our standards
Expansion will follow once the model is proven locally.
Parkland Neighborhood Network does not perform home services.
We act as a coordination and pricing intermediary designed to:
• Negotiate better rates
• Schedule services
• Consolidate billing
• Monitor performance
All services are performed by licensed and insured third-party vendors.
If vendor performance falls below acceptable standards, we intervene and, if necessary, replace the vendor.
Members may cancel individual services or all services at any time. Services already scheduled or in progress for the current billing period will be completed. Any prepaid amounts for services not yet performed will be refunded within 2 business days.
No. If you’re happy with your current provider and pricing, you can absolutely stay with them. Simply select only the services you want through the network.
For some services, like pest control, standard pricing works well. However, for services such as lawn care and power washing, property size and layout vary significantly. Charging a flat rate wouldn’t be fair to homeowners, so pricing is based on the specifics of each property.

We’re launching the pilot program with 50–100 homes in Heron Bay, Parkland.
The goal of the pilot is to create real value for both homeowners and vendors while keeping the program manageable in its early stages.
For homeowners:
Starting with at least 50 homes allows us to immediately unlock group-negotiated pricing and meaningful savings compared to standard retail rates.
For vendors:
The biggest value is time savings and efficiency. Instead of managing dozens of individual customers across different neighborhoods, vendors can service a concentrated group of homes in one community with coordinated scheduling and billing.
We’re starting in Heron Bay because it’s where I live, which allows for hands-on coordination and faster problem-solving during the pilot phase.
By capping the pilot at 100 homes, we can:
Work through scheduling and logistics
Refine communication and billing processes
Ensure service quality stays high
Identify and fix coordination issues before expanding
Once the pilot is running smoothly, the model can scale to additional neighborhoods with even greater efficiency and savings.
To secure the best pricing and service, I speak with multiple vetted vendors in each category before selecting one primary vendor per area. Listing vendors too early would limit my ability to negotiate the strongest group rates for homeowners.
Once a vendor is selected, they will be clearly listed on the site so everyone knows exactly who is providing the service.
For regular services like lawn care, you’ll be notified during the first week of service. After that, service will continue based on the schedule you selected (for example, every other week or three times per month).
For non-recurring services like power washing, you’ll be notified about a week in advance so you have time to move vehicles, prepare your property, and share any last-minute questions or requests.
Parkland Neighborhood Network earns a small margin from the savings we negotiate on your behalf.
Yes. Any regular home service that many homeowners need and want to manage less often is a candidate. This may include handyman services, home cleaning, window and gutter cleaning, trash can cleaning, and dryer vent maintenance. As the network grows, we’ll continue adding services where group pricing and coordinated scheduling create real savings and convenience.
You can pay using a credit card or ACH (bank transfer). All payments are securely processed through Stripe
